Piedmont Henry Hospital in Stockbridge, GA is seeking a Home Medication History Information Technician to support the medication reconciliation process. You will work under the guidance of the Home Medication Information RN to collect and verify home medication lists during admission and as needed.

This part-time role involves 11:00 AM–11:00 PM shifts three days per week (80 total hours every two weeks), requiring a high school diploma and pharmacy experience.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of experience in a retail pharmacy setting required.
• Hospital pharmacy experience preferred.
• IV admixture experience preferred.
• IV chemotherapy preparation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the home medication information process under RN direction.
• Capture best possible home medication list at admission or as needed.
