Responsibilities

• Repairs and recertifies home Ventilator, Concentrators, and other Respiratory equipment per manufacturer guidelines.
• Executes testing procedures utilizing proprietary test equipment and ensures compliance to codes/manufacturer's instructions.
• Performs preventive maintenance and manufacturer required function testing.
• Triages returned devices and determines proper disposition.
• Maintains a safe and organized production/test area.
• Documents and maintains records for all repair and function tests of equipment.

Job description

The Home Medical Equipment Tech triages rental home respiratory equipment and performs required repairs, calibration, and recertification in accordance with manufacturer specifications and Lincare guidelines.

Job Responsibilities

• Repairs and recertifies home Ventilator, Concentrators, and other Respiratory equipment per manufacturer guidelines
• Executes testing procedures utilizing proprietary test equipment, ensures compliance to codes/manufacturer's instructions, troubleshoots, and sterilizes equipment for patient use
• Performs preventive maintenance and manufacturer required function testing
• Triages returned devices and determines proper disposition
• Maintains a safe and organized production/test area
• Documents and maintains records for all repair and function tests of equipment

Offering $18.81 - $23 per hour.
