Job summary

Lincare in Denver, CO, is seeking a Home Medical Equipment Technician to triage rental home respiratory equipment, perform repairs, calibration, and recertification in accordance with manufacturer specifications and Lincare guidelines.

You will repair and recertify ventilators and concentrators, run tests with proprietary equipment, document results, maintain records, and ensure a safe, organized work area while complying with codes and patient safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Repairs and recertifies of home Ventilator, Concentrators, and other Respiratory equipment per manufacturer guidelines
• Executes testing procedures utilizing proprietary test equipment, ensures compliance to codes/manufacturer's instructions, troubleshoots, and sterilizes equipment for patient use.
• Performs preventive maintenance and manufacturer required function testing
• Triages returned devices and determines proper disposition
• Maintains a safe and organized production/test area
• Documents and maintains records all for all repair and function test of equipment
