Rotech Healthcare Inc. is seeking a Location Manager for Home Healthcare Operations to oversee daily activities at a branch, leading a team in delivering respiratory and DME services to patients at home.

Qualifications

Background in healthcare management, especially in respiratory therapy or DME.
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Background checks and drug screening as applicable.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations of the location on-site, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and profitability.
Lead and develop a team providing respiratory and DME services to patients at home.
Maintain relationships with referral sources, physicians, and partners.
Oversee inventory, billing documentation, and regulatory compliance (Medicare, Medicaid, private insurance).
Monitor KPIs: revenue, expenses, A/R aging, service delivery metrics.
Train staff, conduct evaluations, and succession planning.
Ensure accurate patient documentation including CMNs.
Collaborate with regional leadership to meet strategic goals.
Participate in quality improvement and JCAHO compliance.
