Job summary

Quipt Home Medical in Raleigh, NC seeks a Medical Equipment Delivery Technician to handle delivery, setup, patient education and pickup of medical equipment in patients’ homes.

You will follow company policies, perform on‑time deliveries, complete required paperwork, teach patients how to operate equipment and disposables, perform basic repairs and preventive maintenance, keep the vehicle clean, and participate in on‑call rotations while lifting up to 75 pounds.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 21 years old to drive a company vehicle.
• Driver's License required.
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Must regularly lift and/or move up to 75 pounds.
• On-call rotation is required.

Responsibilities

• Be knowledgeable of and responsible for Quipt policies and procedures.
• Set up medical equipment in patient homes in a professional, safe, and timely manner.
• Complete appropriate paperwork for the setup.
• Teach the patient about safe and proper use of the equipment.
• Instruct the patient on safe disposal of supplies and cleanup.
