Job summary

Cardinal Health, Inc. is seeking a Medical Supply Delivery and Installation Technician for Depot Operations in Peabody, MA. You will deliver and install critical medical equipment in patients' homes, troubleshoot technology, and coordinate with health-system partners to support care at home.

The role emphasizes compassion, safe driving, and reliable service. Training provided; vaccination requirements may apply per policy. Shift options include full-time schedules with some weekend work.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or equivalent work experience.
• Must hold a valid driver's license and have a good driving record.
• Company vehicle provided, no CDL required.
• Ability to safely move equipment weighing up to 75 pounds with proper lifting techniques.
• Comfortable driving in all weather conditions during day or evening hours.
• Ability to sit, stand, be mobile and operate a vehicle for extended periods.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Show empathy and compassion for customers/patients in every situation.
• Deliver medical equipment using company transit van to patient homes and hospital locations.
• Load and unload products and equipment to and from vehicles on-site.
• Perform minor technical installation and de-installation in the home and troubleshoot technology.
• Maintain vehicles in proper working condition and cleanliness.
• Use company phones for order management, navigation, and inventory updates.
• Ensure quality service and prompt follow-up on inquiries and complaints.
• Conduct durable medical equipment cleaning procedures at the Depot.
