Quipt Home Medical in Jacksonville, FL seeks a Medical Equipment Delivery Technician to deliver, set up, and educate patients on respiratory equipment in their homes. The role requires physical ability to lift up to 75 pounds, a valid driver’s license, and a clean background.

You will work Mon-Fri with on-call rotation and ensure customer safety and satisfaction. You will perform routine deliveries, maintain records, and provide patient education on equipment use, while upholding company

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be a minimum of 21 years old to drive a company vehicle.
• Valid driver’s license and clean MVR.
• Must be able to pass background check.
• Must regularly lift and/or move up to 75 pounds.
• On-call rotation is required.

Aufgaben

• Deliver and set up medical equipment in patients’ homes in a professional, safe and timely manner.
• Teach the patient about the safe and proper use of the medical equipment.
• Complete appropriate paperwork for the setup.
• Instruct the patient on the safe use of disposable supplies.
• Perform routine deliveries and pickups of medical equipment and supplies for existing patients.
• Assist with minor equipment repairs and preventive maintenance in the patient’s home.
