Job summary

Lincare is seeking a Delivery Driver to ensure safe and timely delivery of home medical equipment to patients. You will also set up equipment and educate patients on proper use, maintaining professional relations with customers and staff.

Responsibilities include following orientation checklists, adhering to routes, inspecting vehicles, and working on-call rotations evenings and weekends as needed. A strong focus on safety and DOT/FDA compliance is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum one year of professional driving experience required.
• Home care/health care background is a plus.
• Must lift 50+ pounds and operate delivery vehicle safely.

Responsibilities

• Follow patient orientation checklists during delivery and training.
• Adhere to assigned routes and schedules.
• Maintain safe driving record and comply with DOT/FMC regulations.
• Inspect and maintain the delivery vehicle and assist with loading/unloading.
• Provide equipment setup and patient education on proper use.
