Job summary

Lincare is the nation's leading provider of oxygen, durable medical equipment, and clinical respiratory services. We are currently seeking a Delivery Driver to join our growing team, ensuring safe and timely delivery of home medical equipment to our patients, also providing equipment setup and educating patients on the proper use of equipment.

This role offers on-call rotation with incentives, and opportunities for growth within a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum one year of professional driving experience required.
• Home care/health care background is a plus.
• CDL not required for non-CDL drivers; CDL drivers must be 21+.
• Must lift 50+ pounds and up to 15 pounds above shoulder.

Responsibilities

• Follow complete patient orientation checklists during delivery and training.
• Adhere to assigned routes and schedules.
• Abide by all transportation laws and maintain a safe driving record.
• Inspect and maintain delivery vehicle and ensure safety during loading/unloading.
• Establish and maintain outstanding relations with patients and internal team members.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of delivery vehicle and warehouse, adhering to FDA protocols.
• Work on-call rotation during evening and weekend hours to address emergencies.
