Thrive Homes Inc. is seeking a detail‑driven Home Manager to oversee daily operations of a Tipton County residential home supporting individuals with IDD.

You’ll lead a team to maintain a safe, person‑centered environment and ensure adherence to agency mission and regulatory standards. You will supervise DSP staff, coordinate with families and medical teams, manage schedules, and contribute to community integration while maintaining documentation and on‑call duties in a structured, compliant

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Tennessee DDA rules and regulations.
• 1 year supervisory experience in IDD services or 3 years as a DSP
• High School Diploma or GED
• Current First Aid, CPR, Medication Administration Certificates
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, clear background checks
• Adequate vehicle insurance and all HR-required documents

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily home operations and uphold agency Mission, Vision, and Values
• Ensure full compliance with DDA and licensure standards
• Supervise, coach, and train DSP staff
• Coordinate with families, care teams, and medical providers
• Support person-centered outcomes and community integration
• Manage medical appointments, physician orders, and MAR compliance
• Maintain home safety, cleanliness, emergency preparedness, and vehicle safety
• Handle scheduling, attendance, and provide direct-support coverage when needed
• Complete required documentation and financial procedures
• Participate in leadership meetings and on-call rotation
