Job summary

Clayton is a leading single-family, values-driven home builder dedicated to attainable housing and a world-class experience for customers and team members. The Maintenance Service Technician – Handyman repairs common service problems in manufactured housing and delivers exceptional service to homeowners.

You will perform general maintenance, service requests, preventative care on HVAC and other systems, and repairs to exterior and roof.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Numerous and varied handyman skills.
• Ability to lift and move furniture and equipment (up to 100 lbs).
• Ability to pass criminal background check and post-offer drug screen.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Repair common service problems in manufactured housing and provide excellent customer service.
• Perform general maintenance to maintain property appearance and condition.
• Complete service requests and perform preventative care on HVAC and other systems.
• Repair exterior and roof damage.
