Job description

Job Title: Home Loan Specialist

Location: St. Louis, MO

Pay: $22/hr

Duration: 6 months (eligible to convert to permanent), W-2

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine data entry and validation tasks
• Initiate third-party orders (title, appraisal, hazard, flood certification, credit, etc.)
• Review and validate loan documents
• Handle routine calls, emails, and chat responses in a call center environment
• Monitor work queues and intervene as needed
• Perform other related duties as required and assigned
• Demonstrate behaviors aligned with the organization's culture and values

Qualifications:

• Associate's degree preferred or equivalent work experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Financial services and mortgage industry experience preferred
• General understanding of applicable Federal, State, and Local regulations
