Golden 1 Credit Union is seeking a Home Loan Doc Drawer to join our Home Loan Operations team. This role is remote in California and is non-exempt, reporting to the Supervisor - Home Loan Closing.
The focus is accurate, compliant mortgage document drawing and timely delivery to support member experiences. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and at least 1 year of doc drawing in a financial or mortgage setting, with solid attention to detail and regulatory awareness.

You are a detail-oriented and compliance-focused mortgage professional who excels at producing accurate, high-quality loan documentation. You have a strong understanding of mortgage products, regulatory requirements, and closing processes, ensuring loan packages are completed accurately, on time, and in full compliance with state and federal regulations. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, effectively prioritizing work, resolving quality issues, and collaborating with Home Loan Advisors, closing agents, and internal partners to deliver a seamless member experience.
