Job summary

Centra Credit Union is seeking a Mortgage Delivery Consultant to support the North side of Indianapolis from its Zionsville, IN office. You will work with Members, Team Members, Realtors, and Builders to provide residential mortgage guidance and gather documentation for loan applications.

The role focuses on building trusted relationships, achieving production goals, and referring related products as needed, while maintaining compliance and delivering prompt document handling and customer

Qualifications

Associate's degree or equivalent; required education for mortgage delivery.
1–3 years of related experience, preferred for the role, including preparatory experience.

Responsibilities

Attains personal mortgage production goal each month.
Develops relationships to become a trusted advisor with Members, Realtors, and Builders.
Conducts meetings with Members via in-person, phone, or online application to strive for same-day resolution.
Communicates with Members, Team Members, and Realtors to set expectations and keep all parties informed through the loan life cycle.
Delivers income and asset documents promptly to avoid delays.
Maintains understanding of the process and stays current on procedures, products, and compliance items.
Participates in local networking events to create and maintain partnerships and attends meetings.
