Qualifications

• 3 years underwriting experience or equivalent education/experience
• 4 Year degree in business or equivalent education and experience desired
• NMLS Certification required or ability to obtain upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Analyze income, assets, credit history and other relevant data through supporting documentation.
• Assure integrity of the decision by comparing loan file data with system data for accuracy.
• Determine which requests for financing should be accepted, rejected, or conditionally accepted, using applicable information.
• Maintain or achieve established turnaround time and customer service goals; respond to inquiries timely and courteously.
