Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an experienced LPN to join our HICU Health Services team in the Pittsburgh, PA area. You will deliver hospital-level nursing care to infants and young children in a home setting, partnering with families and a hospital care team to ensure safe transitions from hospital to home.

This full-time role offers a $3,000 sign-on bonus, weekly pay, and opportunities for training and career development.

Qualifications

• Have a current LPN license.
• At least one year of verifiable LPN work experience.
• NICU, PICU, ICU, or home care trach/vent experience required.
• Demonstrated competence in infusion and tracheostomy/ventilator care (in home or lab).

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to pediatric patients at home.
• Collaborate with families and the care team to plan and execute care.
• Monitor patient status, document findings, and report changes to the supervising clinician.

The HICU® Health Services Hospital at Home Nurse works in a team-based environment acting as an extension of a hospital care team, delivering quality skilled nursing care to clients at home. As a HICU® nurse, you have the opportunity to deliver quality care to clients and their family for the initial weeks of homecare, while providing extensive training to the family and ongoing care team. Children should live at home, and you can be part of that.

• Have a current license as a Licensed Practical Nurse
• Have a least one year of verifiable work experience as an LPN
