Job summary

Precision Plumbing, Heating, Cooling, AND Electric is hiring an Insulation Sales Representative in Louisville, CO. You will help homeowners understand insulation needs and propose effective solutions while building a lasting sales career through a commission-based pay plan.

The role requires 2-3+ years in B2C/B2B sales, CRM experience, and the ability to travel within the local service area. Training is provided, with on-site facility support and licensing reimbursement options.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of proven success in B2C or B2B sales, ideally within construction, home improvement, HVAC, or insulation.
• Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is required.
• Familiarity with estimating software used in construction or insulation preferred.
• Education: high school diploma or GED; bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to, qualify, and manage insulation leads, and generate new business through outbound efforts.
• Represent the company at home shows, community events, and other outreach activities.
• Conduct property assessments to identify insulation needs and recommend solutions based on goals and budget.
• Prepare detailed estimates and proposals, negotiate with customers, and close sales.
• Maintain leads, proposals, and customer communication in CRM.
