Position Overview

We are seeking a part-time Home Inspection Instructor to teach online courses via Zoom for Key Realty. The instructor will deliver content, facilitate lessons, provide real-world examples, and support students in meeting course objectives. Compensation is hourly based on class hours.

Responsibilities

1. Instruct assigned courses as per the curriculum.
2. Engage actively with students both online and onsite.
3. Utilize webinar and livestreaming technology effectively.
4. Support student success strategies.
5. Participate in curriculum development and faculty meetings.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience as a licensed home inspector or similar role (e.g., general contractor, building inspector).
• Previous teaching experience is a plus.
• Ability to lead a classroom and engage students.
• Proficiency with Zoom and online teaching tools.
• Own equipment such as a laptop with camera and reliable internet.
• Licensed home inspector in NV or equivalent government credential.
• Local to Las Vegas or willing to be onsite for a two-week period.
