Job summary

AJF Inspections has served the Valley since 1996, growing to conduct home, commercial, and sewer line inspections. As a Home Inspector with AJF, you will evaluate structural and mechanical conditions and communicate findings to clients, working with real estate brokers, buyers, sellers, and homeowners in Phoenix, AZ.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in property inspection or a related field.
• Strong observational and reporting abilities to convey findings clearly.
• Must have a valid Arizona driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive inspections of properties, assessing structural and mechanical components.
• Conduct pre-purchase inspections to inform buyers about condition of the property.
• Perform pre-listing inspections to help sellers address issues before sale.
• Carry out maintenance inspections to identify long-term concerns for homeowners.
• Specialized inspections for mold, radon, and termite infestations and other environmental concerns.
• Access attics and crawl spaces and navigate roofs with safe practice.
• Communicate inspection findings clearly to clients.
