Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role of Home Inspector, requiring on-site presence in the Columbus, Ohio Metropolitan Area, with some flexibility for remote work. The responsibilities include conducting comprehensive property inspections, preparing detailed inspection reports, identifying potential issues, and providing clients with valuable recommendations. The Home Inspector will also interact with clients and real estate professionals to address inquiries and ensure exceptional service throughout the process. Inspector must be able to communicate deficiencies in the home in an appropriate, educational manner.

• Strong skills in Property Inspections and general Inspection processes
• Familiarity with Property Management and New Business Development
