Job summary

Asteroom is seeking licensed Home Inspectors to join our growing team and expand our 3D virtual tours and data collection services.

As a Property Data Collector, you will use our mobile apps to capture property data, create immersive 360° tours, and explain findings to clients while traveling to homes.

This part‑time contract role offers flexible hours, per‑assignment pay plus mileage, and the chance to work with cutting‑edge technology in Evansville, IN.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of related experience in real estate, data collection, or photography - OR - 12+ months of demonstrated exceptional customer service
• Licensed Home Inspectors strongly preferred
• Willingness to perform work as an Independent Contractor
• Ability to travel and work in client homes (with compensation)
• Passion for delivering excellent customer service and results
• Ability and willingness to pass an independently paid background check
• Mobile device capable of running our applications
• Solid understanding of property data collection, virtual tours, and relevant industry knowledge
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
