Qualifications

• Sales, Account Management, Home Inspection, or Project Management experience required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to obtain the pesticide license within 90 days (company paid)
• Lift up to 50 lbs and access crawl spaces/attics
• OSHA-compliant PPE and respirator usage as needed

Responsibilities

• Conduct full-home inspections from attic to crawl space
• Explain findings clearly and recommend the best treatment options
• Close sales by highlighting value and long-term protection
• Manage appointments, follow-ups, and documentation on company iPad
• Work independently, prioritize schedule, maximize leads
• Represent Orkin with professionalism, empathy, and integrity
