Qualifications

• 5 years or more experience working as a Home Inspector.
• Teaching/training experience in the field of Home Inspection is a plus!
• Prior experience teaching pre-license courses in the state of licensure.

Responsibilities

• Instruct assigned courses according to the course plan.
• Actively engage with students through various teaching formats.
• Review class syllabus to ensure alignment with curriculum plan.
• Design and implement teaching strategies to meet course objectives.
• Evaluate student achievement and progress.
• Recommend strategies for success to students.
• Mentor students and track performance issues.
• Record attendance and grades.
• Participate in curriculum and faculty meetings.
