Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Meets state requirements for a Pharmacy Technician (registration, licensure or certification).
• Preferred: Associate’s degree and 1 year in Warehouse/Distribution/Healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Develops rapport with courier services and understands delivery protocols.
• Maintains and inspects assigned vehicle; informs supervisor of issues.
• Gathers materials for compounding; ensures clean room readiness.
• Compounds sterile preparations as needed.
• Checks final product integrity before pharmacist check.
• Labels sterile preparations where allowed by state rules.
• Manages inventory and coordinates with pharmacy to ensure timely deliveries.
• Maintains safe warehouse practices and cost-effective delivery methods.
• Onboards new warehouse staff and participates in inventory counts.
• Receives, stocks, and prepares patient deliveries and documentation.
