Job description

We are actively hiring an experienced Staff Pharmacist for a 12-week contract role in a sterile compounding home infusion setting. This opportunity offers a consistent weekday schedule and the chance to apply your clinical and compounding skills in a dynamic, patient-focused environment.

Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM 4:30 PM or 8:30 AM 5:00 PM
(Full-time through end of July, with potential for extension)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and participate in parenteral drug admixture preparation

  • Ensure compliance with sterile compounding protocols and USP <797>/<800> standards

  • Perform clinical monitoring and review of therapy plans

  • Collaborate with pharmacy staff and nurses to optimize patient outcomes

  • Ensure accurate dispensing and recordkeeping within regulatory guidelines

Required Qualifications:

  • Active Michigan Pharmacist License

  • Home infusion or inpatient hospital pharmacy experience

  • Sterile IV compounding experience is mandatory

  • Experience with parenteral therapy programs and clinical monitoring is required

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety
