Job summary

Magenta Care LLC is seeking a dedicated home infusion RN to deliver exceptional patient care in Yakima, WA. The primary location is Yakima, with travel up to one to two hours outside the city.

You will provide direct patient care, educate patients and families on infusion therapy, and collaborate with physicians to develop and adjust comprehensive care plans for each patient. Qualifications

• Valid WA RN license or Multistate RN License (Compact).
• Minimum 1 year RN experience (Infusion, ER, ICU).
• Excellent IV insertion skills.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Valid WA driver's license and insurability.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, within the RN scope.
• Continuously assess, plan, and evaluate patient care, with involvement of patients and families.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team to develop a care plan.
• Facilitate start of care through admission.
• Advocate for patient rights, preferences, and safety.
• Document changes in condition and communicate with team and physicians.
• Provide nursing care to home health patients adhering to standards and agency policies.
• Educate patients and families on infusion therapy management, side effects, and self-care.
