CSI Pharmacy, LLC is seeking an experienced Home Infusion RN to deliver in-home care to patients with chronic and rare illnesses within a 2-hour radius of Beaumont, TX. The role involves IV therapy, patient education, and collaboration with pharmacists and clinicians to ensure high-quality treatment and safety.

The ideal candidate is an RN with infusion experience, strong assessment skills, and a commitment to compassionate patient care.

Formación

• RN licensed and eligible to practice.
• 2 years RN experience; infusion experience preferred.
• IgCN certification is a plus.
• Commitment to patient care.

Responsabilidades

• Administer Infusions and Injections in patients' homes using IV/subcutaneous methods.
• Assess patient medical history, allergies, and meds before treatment.
• Educate patients and caregivers on therapy, side effects, and at-home care.
• Monitor during and after infusions and manage adverse reactions.
• Document procedures, responses, and follow-up instructions accurately.
• Coordinate with pharmacists and clinical staff for optimal care.
• Ensure safe handling and preparation of medications and inventory.
• Support insurance verification/authorization for specialty meds.
• Mentor IgCN-certified nurses in immunoglobulin therapy delivery.
