Pro Med Healthcare Services is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to lead in-home IVIG infusions. You will administer IVIG therapy in patients' homes, perform thorough assessments, monitor for reactions, and educate families on care and safety.

Need at least 2 years of nursing experience with IVIG infusion; home health or home infusion background is essential. Strong IV skills, valid RN license, and BLS. Competitive pay and ongoing clinical support available.

Qualifikationen

• Active, unrestricted RN license in the relevant state.
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience.
• Prior IVIG infusion experience required.
• Home infusion or home health experience required.
• Strong IV insertion skills.
• BLS certification (ACLS preferred).

Aufgaben

• Administer IVIG infusions in patients' homes per physician orders and protocols.
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments before, during, and after infusion.
• Monitor for adverse reactions and manage infusion-related complications.
• Initiate and maintain peripheral IVs; central line experience preferred.
• Educate patients and caregivers on medications, side effects, and self-care.
• Accurately document infusion details and patient responses in EMR.
• Maintain infection control and safety standards; collaborate with pharmacists and care teams.
