Job summary

A leading healthcare provider is building a talent pool of experienced Infusion Registered Nurses (RNs) in Indiana for future patient needs. The role allows for flexible scheduling where you can choose when and where to work. With an emphasis on patient care and clinical skills, candidates must have at least 3-5 years of relevant nursing experience and possess a current RN or BSN degree. The hourly pay ranges from $65.00 to $75.00 with additional bonuses available.

Qualifications

3-5+ years of hospital-based nursing or home infusion/infusion center experience required.
Current Active State Registered Nursing License or Compact Nurse License (NLC) needed.
Current BLS certification and proof of Nursing Liability Insurance required.

Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one patient care and education in patients' homes.
Utilize clinical IV skills by placing and maintaining PIVs.
Administer IV infusions and medications safely and efficiently.

Float Health is expanding, and we are building a talent pool of experienced Infusion Registered Nurses (RNs) in Indiana for anticipated patient needs. While we are not currently scheduling visits in this region, we are proactively connecting with qualified nurses ahead of our target launch in Q2.

This is a great opportunity to complete the interview and onboarding process early and be among the first nurses considered once services begin in Indiana.

Float Health is an on-demand nursing service company. Float partners with specialty pharmacies to connect patients and nurses for in-home medication administration. Each nurse works as an independent contractor to provide patients with IV medications, including IVIGs and monoclonal antibodies. Requirements

Previous job experience required: 3-5+ years hospital-based nursing or home infusion/infusion center.
