Job summary

A healthcare service company is building a talent pool of experienced Infusion Registered Nurses (RNs) in Illinois for anticipated patient needs. This role offers flexible scheduling, allowing you to choose when and where to work, providing in-home medication administration including IV infusions. Candidates must have 3-5 years of nursing experience, an RN or BSN degree, and necessary nursing certifications. This is an exciting opportunity to participate in interviews and onboarding ahead of the launch in Illinois.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of hospital-based nursing or home infusion/infusion center experience required.
• Current Active State Registered Nursing License or Compact Nurse License is needed.
• BLS Certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one patient care and education in the comfort of their own home.
• Utilize clinical IV skills by placing and maintaining PIVs.
• Administer IV infusions and medications to patients in a safe and efficient manner.

Float Health is expanding, and we are building a talent pool of experienced Infusion Registered Nurses (RNs) in Illinois for anticipated patient needs. While we are not currently scheduling visits in this region, we are proactively connecting with qualified nurses ahead of our target launch in Q2.

This is a great opportunity to complete the interview and onboarding process early and be among the first nurses considered once services begin in Illinois.

Float Health is an on-demand nursing service company. Float partners with specialty pharmacies to connect patients and nurses for in-home medication administration. Each nurse works as an independent nurse contractor to provide patients with IV medications, including IVIGs and monoclonal antibodies. Previous Job Experience Required

• 3-5+ years of hospital-based nursing or home infusion/infusion center

Responsibilities
