Job summary

A nursing service company is seeking experienced infusion center or oncology nurses for a flexible, independent contractor role. You will provide in-home medication administration, including IV medications, with the freedom to choose your schedule. A minimum of 5 years in hospital-based nursing is required, along with a valid RN license and BLS certification. Competitive pay of $70.00 to $80.00 per hour with supplemental bonuses available.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hospital-based nursing or home infusion experience required.
• Experience in Emergency Department, Intensive Care, or Infusion Center preferred.
• Must have current active state nursing license.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one patient care and education in their home.
• Administer IV infusions and medications safely and efficiently.
• Place and maintain PIVs as required.

Float Health is an on-demand nursing service company. Float partners with specialty pharmacies to connect patients and nurses for in-home medication administration. Each nurse works as an independent nurse contractor to provide patients with IV medications, including IVIGs and monoclonal antibodies. Previous job experience required:

• 5+ years of hospital-based nursing or home infusion/infusion center

Responsibilities include:

• Providing one-on-one patient care and education in the comfort of their own home
• Utilize your clinical IV skills by placing and maintaining PIVs
• Administer IV infusions and medications to patients in a safe and efficient manner

Previous job experience preferred:

• Emergency Department, Intensive Care, Infusion Center, Infusion Home Health

Required Education:

• RN or BSN

Required Documents:

• Current Active State Registered Nursing License or Compact Nurse License (NLC)
• Current BLS
• Proof of Nursing Liability Insurance
