Job summary

Enliven is seeking an experienced RN to service home infusion and infusion center patients in Ogden and surrounding areas. The nurse will educate patients and families, manage infusion care, and follow physician-directed treatment plans in a fast-paced setting.

The ideal candidate combines clinical excellence with strong communication, compassion, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Current CPR/BLS is required, ACLS/PALS preferred, and prior home health/infusion experience is a

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing.
• Minimum five years of nursing experience, preferably in acute care.
• CPR/BLS required; ACLS and PALS preferred.
• Experience with EMR systems and patient education.

Responsibilities

• Provide admission, case management and follow-up visits for home infusion and infusion center patients.
• Administer ongoing care and infusions; modify care plan per physician orders.
• Document patient care and progress in EMR; communicate with physicians and pharmacists.
• Educate patients and families on prevention, healthy habits, and care plans.
• Discharge planning and follow-up documentation with physicians and Clinical Manager.
• Maintain safety protocols and report adverse events promptly.
• Coordinate with care team to ensure timely visits and accurate records.
