Enliven is seeking an experienced RN to service home infusion and infusion center patients in Plano, TX and surrounding locations. The ideal candidate will educate patients and families on prevention and healthy habits, and provide high-quality nursing care with little supervision.

Responsibilities include completing daily EMR documentation, admissions, follow-ups, administering infusions, coordinating with physicians and pharmacies, and thorough care-plan updates.

Formación

• Background check required.
• Malpractice insurance required.
• Drug screen required.
• Associate or Bachelor Degree in Nursing (RN).
• Current CPR/BLS required; ACLS/PALS preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Complete daily EMR forms for each patient.
• Provide admission, case management, and follow-up visits.
• Administer ongoing care and infusions per physician orders.
• Coordinate with physicians and pharmacies on treatment plans.
• Document care plans, progress, and changes.
• Discharge patients after consultations and finalize documentation.
• Prepare visit/shift reports and update patient records.
