Job summary

Enliven is seeking an experienced RN to service home infusion and infusion center patients in Fort Worth and surrounding locations. The RN will educate patients and families, follow health and safety guidelines, and provide high-quality nursing care with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities include admission and follow-up visits, IV infusion administration, and collaboration with physicians/pharmacies. Benefits include flexible schedule, travel reimbursement, and an RN referral program.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing.
• Minimum five years nursing experience in acute care.
• Home health/infusion experience preferred.
• Current CPR/BLS certification; ACLS/PALS optional.
• Port access skills (PICC/CVL) and IV placement proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily EMR forms for each patient.
• Provide admission, case management and follow-up visits for home infusion and infusion center patients.
• Administer ongoing care/infusions and follow physician orders.
• Collaborate with physicians and pharmacies to develop treatment plans.
• Discharge patients with proper documentation and care plan updates.
• Prepare and update patient records and visit reports.
