Job summary

CureCare is seeking Home Infusion RNs to administer infusion therapy in patients' homes, offering flexible per diem hours with a minimum 20 hours per month. Build your patient book with no guaranteed hours, while maintaining high-quality, patient-centered care. Per diem roles provide autonomy and meaningful patient impact.

RNs with active licenses and infusion experience are encouraged to apply. Travel is reimbursed, and digital nursing documentation supports efficient care delivery.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN licensure in state(s) of practice.
• Valid Driver’s License and ability to commute to patient’s house.
• Minimum 2+ years of general Infusion Experience in clinical care setting.
• Ability to work independently in home and complete nursing documentation via EMR.
• Proficient with peripheral IV insertion.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Covid vaccination preferred, but not mandatory.
• Home Infusion experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with patients and provide infusion therapy, education, and monitoring.
• Establish and maintain vascular access devices as prescribed.
• Administer medications and assess for side effects.
• Maintain knowledge of infusion therapies and assess home suitability.
• Document patient history and clinical information in EMR.
• Provide skilled care as ordered and communicate patient response promptly.
