Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Home Infusion RN to deliver infusion therapies in patients' homes across Maryland and occasional Virginia. This role requires travel, flexible hours, and strong patient care skills.

The RN will engage directly with patients and families, maintain accurate records, and participate in ongoing training to support high-quality home health services. You will work 20–25 hours per week with some evenings and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• RN with MD compact licensure; MD/VA coverage.
• Minimum 1 year nursing experience, 1 year infusion/IV experience.
• Current CPR certification.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Experience documenting patient care in MS Office (Excel/Outlook/Word).

Responsibilities

• Provide broad range of infusion therapies in patients' homes.
• Deliver one-on-one home infusion nursing visits and patient education.
• Maintain infection control and ensure safe patient care per physician plan.
• Coordinate with physician, pharmacist and care team to optimize care.
• Stay current with training on infusion technology and protocols.
