Job summary

Enliven seeks an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to service home infusion patients in Dallas, TX and surrounding areas. The ideal candidate educates patients and families on prevention and healthy habits, providing high-quality nursing care with minimal supervision.

The candidate should be compassionate, cool-tempered, and capable of handling emergent situations, while adhering to health and safety guidelines to promote patient well-being.

Qualifications

• Must have Associate or Bachelor Degree in Nursing.
• Current CPR/BLS certifications required.
• Malpractice insurance and background check required.
• Drug screen required.
• Five years nursing experience preferred in Acute Care setting.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily electronic forms for each patient in an EMR system.
• Provide admission, case management, and follow-up skilled nursing visits for home infusion patients.
• Administer ongoing care and infusions and follow physician orders and Clinical Manager guidance.
• Collaborate with physicians and pharmacies to develop initial treatment plans.
• Provide hands-on care, manage and evaluate care plans, and educate patients and families.
