Job summary

Accredo Specialty Pharmacy, part of Evernorth Health Services, is seeking a Home Infusion Registered Nurse to bring nursing expertise to patients in their homes. You will deliver life-changing care, document progress, and coordinate with care teams to optimize outcomes.

The role requires an active RN license, 1 year in critical/acute/home health, IV infusion proficiency, and a valid driver’s license. Expect ~24 hours weekly, with some evenings/weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• At least 1 year in critical care, acute care, or home health.
• Proficiency in IV insertion and infusion techniques.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within a large geographic region.
• Ability to work 24 hours per week, including some evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe and effective administration of specialty medications (including IV infusion) in patients’ homes.
• Partner with pharmacists and care teams to ensure holistic patient well-being.
• Document assessments, treatments, and progress to maintain accurate patient records.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for patient updates and care coordination.
• Demonstrate autonomy in clinical decision-making to achieve optimal outcomes.
