- Medication Therapy Management Certification through the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) or Medication History Certificate from the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists (ASHP) to be obtained within 6 months
- Proficiency in using computers, software, and web-based applications
- Effective verbal and written communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with insurance to process medication authorizations
- Experience working with outpatient clinics and processing medication refill requests
