KabaFusion, a mission-driven home infusion provider, is seeking a Home Infusion Registered Nurse (RN) for PRN shifts in Centralia, WA. Join us to deliver infusion therapies safely and compassionately in patients' homes, partnering with an interdisciplinary team.

You will provide one-on-one patient care and education according to the prescriber's plan, build lasting patient relationships, and ensure optimal outcomes. Requires a current RN license in good standing and IV therapy experience.
