Job summary

KabaFusion is seeking a Home Infusion Registered Nurse (RN) to provide in-home infusion therapy in the Seattle area. This PRN role emphasizes compassionate, patient-centered care and adherence to prescribed treatment plans.

You will perform IV infusions, educate patients, and collaborate with prescribers and an interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, effective therapy at home.

Qualifications

• Must hold an RN license in good standing.
• Experience in home infusion or IV therapy preferred.
• Ability to educate patients and collaborate with care teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home IV therapy and administer prescribed infusions.
• Deliver one-on-one patient care and education in the home.
• Build rapport and ensure patient safety and comfort during treatment.
