KabaFusion is seeking a Home Infusion Registered Nurse (RN) to provide patient care in the home setting on a PRN basis. This role focuses on delivering IV therapy and compassionate patient education under the prescriber’s plan, ensuring safety and comfort for patients in their homes.

The RN must hold a valid RN license in good standing and will benefit from flexible scheduling and strong team collaboration within our mission-driven organization.

Formación

• Licensed RN in good standing.
• Experience with IV therapy and home infusion care.

Responsabilidades

• Provide one-on-one patient care and education in the home according to the treatment plan.
• Use clinical IV experience to administer therapies safely at patients' homes.
• Build lasting relationships with patients and coordinate with the care team.
