Job summary

KabaFusion is seeking a Home Infusion Registered Nurse to deliver patient-centered care in the comfort of patients' homes. You will apply IV expertise and a compassionate approach to support prescribed infusion therapies, working closely with an interdisciplinary team.

Ideal candidates hold an active RN license, have strong IV start skills, and possess a current state driver’s license. The role emphasizes relationship-building with patients and comprehensive in-home education.
