WVNNIS is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for field-based home infusion care across Ohio, West Virginia, and Pennsylvania. The role requires travel to patient homes, administering infusion therapy and monitoring responses, and collaborating with physicians to implement treatment plans.

Ideal candidates have an active RN license in OH/WV/PA, 2+ years in Critical Care/ER, strong IV skills, and the ability to work independently with a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in OH, WV, and PA.
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience in Critical Care and/or ER settings.
• Strong IV insertion and infusion therapy skills.
• Ability to work independently in the field and manage a flexible schedule.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.

Responsabilités

• Administer infusion therapy and monitor patient responses during and after treatment.
• Perform IV insertions and Port Accesses with precision in patient care settings.
• Collaborate with physicians and care teams to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Travel to patient homes across Northeastern Ohio, West Virginia, and Pennsylvania.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
• Ensure adherence to all clinical and safety protocols and standards.

• Travel to patient homes across Northeastern Ohio, West Virginia, and Pennsylvania
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation
• Ensure adherence to all clinical and safety protocols and standards

Qualifications

Required:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Ohio, West Virginia, and Pennsylvania
• Minimum 2 years of Nursing experience in Critical Care and/or Emergency Room (ER) settings.
• Strong IV insertion and infusion therapy skills
• Ability to work independently in the field and manage a flexible schedule
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills

Preferred:

• Prior home infusion or mobile nursing experience
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
