KabaFusion in Horsham, PA is seeking a dedicated Pharmacy Technician to support pharmacists in prescription processing, sterile compounding, and inventory management for home infusion services. You will maintain patient and operational records, coordinate deliveries, and assist with reimbursement and administrative tasks to ensure safe, compliant care.

The role requires a high school diploma and active pharmacy technician licensure or eligibility, with PTCB/CPhT preferred and sterile compounding

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Current and unrestricted pharmacy technician licensure, certification or registration where required by state law.
• Pharmacy Technician Certification (CPhT) through the PTCB is acceptable; or eligibility to obtain within six months of hire; training permit.
• Completion of sterile compounding training and competency assessments as required by company policy and regulatory standards.

Responsabilidades

• Assist pharmacists in coordinating daily pharmacy operations and workflow.
• Perform prescription processing, order entry, and related documentation under supervision of a licensed pharmacist.
• Prepare and compound sterile medications in compliance with laws and standards.
• Maintain clean room environments and equipment to support regulatory compliance.
• Conduct quality assurance activities and maintain records.
• Manage inventory including ordering, receiving, stocking, and monitoring medications and supplies.
• Coordinate patient medication deliveries and service logistics.
• Maintain accurate patient and operational records in information systems.
• Provide professional customer service and escalate clinical concerns as needed.
• Support reimbursement and administrative processes by verifying authorizations and documentation.
• Generate and maintain reports and participate in improvement initiatives.
• Provide cross-functional support to leadership and other departments.
