Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum registered pharmacist license issued by the Michigan State Board of Pharmacy.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification may be required.
• Experience in home infusion preferred.

Responsibilities

• Reviews, prepares and dispenses medication orders as per physician order.
• Ensures safe and effective medication therapies for patients.
• Contributes to departmental quality and effective operation.
