Job summary

Soliant is seeking a Staff Clinical/Infusion Pharmacist for a home infusion contract in Richmond, TX. The role centers on preparing, dispensing, and monitoring complex IV and subcutaneous therapies, serving as the clinical hub for a multidisciplinary care team with a Monday–Friday 8:30 AM–5:00 PM schedule.

The ideal candidate holds a PharmD, an active TX Pharmacist license, and 1–3 years of infusion or IV-room experience; IVIg is a plus.

Qualifications

• PharmD degree and active Pharmacist license in TX.
• 1–3 years infusion/IV room experience.
• IVIg experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with specialty payer requirements and contracts.

Responsibilities

• Prepare sterile compounded specialty pharmaceuticals and IV solutions using aseptic techniques.
• Monitor lab values and perform pharmacokinetic dosing calculations; oversee TPN.
• Educate patients and caregivers on medication administration and infusion equipment at home.
• Collaborate with prescribers, home health nurses, and care teams to reduce readmissions.
• Maintain regulatory compliance with standards (State Board, HIPAA, FDA, DEA, etc.).
• Manage inventory including refrigerated medications and prepare shipments.
