V-Soft Consulting is seeking a licensed Pharmacist for our premier client in Oklahoma City, OK. You will evaluate and monitor drug therapies for home care patients and collaborate with physicians to optimize outcomes.

The role requires strong clinical knowledge, experience in anticoagulants and parenteral therapies, and the ability to manage on-call scheduling evenings and weekends as needed. Competitive benefits and opportunities for professional growth are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy required; Doctor of Pharmacy preferred.
• Minimum of two (2) years of recent experience in an acute-care setting or one (1) year of recent experience in home infusion therapy.
• Experience with compounding infused drugs.

• Participation and membership in professional societies and organizations is desirable
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
