Job summary

JRA Health, an independent home infusion company in Florida, seeks dedicated Home Infusion Nurses to deliver high-quality IV therapy and patient education at patients' homes in Ocala and surrounding areas.

Ideal candidates are licensed RNs with infusion experience, able to work collaboratively with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to design and implement individualized care plans, and to maintain accurate records using CPR+ and Caretend/EHR systems.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Nursing (or higher) is required.
• Must hold a Florida RN license/registration.
• Experience with IV infusions and patient care in home or clinical settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer IV infusions and medications as prescribed by physicians.
• Assist with PICC/Midline/PIV line maintenance.
• Monitor patients for adverse reactions.
• Maintain accurate patient records using CPR+ and Caretend EHR systems.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans.
• Conduct patient assessments related to infusion therapy.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and self-care techniques.
