Job summary

Option Care Health Inc. is hiring an Infusion Nurse II to coordinate and provide intermediate direct patient care in the home or infusion suite. The role requires an RN license, CPR, and at least 1 year of nursing experience.

You will educate patients and families, document care, and assist with discharge planning while coordinating with the clinical team. Travel up to 100% may be required, with supervision by a nurse manager and adherence to HIPAA and safety policies.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience.
• Current CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Initiates, develops, and implements intermediate nursing plan of care treatments.
• Organizes and participates in direct patient care and educates patients and families.
• Modifies plan of treatment based on patient status and physician orders.
• Communicates with the clinical team to ensure continuity of care.
• Prepares discharge summaries and reports patient care needs and goals.
